A property handoff needs a room list

A listing appointment, change of occupants or owner inspection may require different spaces cleared. List the rooms, storage areas and exterior piles separately. Tell us what remains and who can authorize removal; we cannot resolve ownership disputes by loading first.

Keep collection and loading from competing

Winters provides address-dependent collection calendars and recycling information. If bins will be serviced during the handoff, check the property’s calendar and leave the collection point accessible. Discuss truck parking and entry with us rather than creating a pile that blocks residents or the regular provider.

Contents removal is not grounds maintenance

Furniture, household contents and reviewed loose debris can be included in a property cleanout. Bush pruning, tree work and landscaping are not part of this service. If material is attached to the building or ground, identify it before booking; do not assume it is included with movable contents.

Document the agreed finish

Walk through the areas to clear with the authorized contact and identify the stopping point. A cleared room is different from a repaired or fully cleaned property ready for occupancy. We remove the agreed items and clean the cleared area; tell us about any separate contractor schedule so the work can be coordinated.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.
