Dump Ninja junk removal crew with the magenta truck and a customer outside a brick home in Woodland, CA

Junk removal

Junk removal. Your space back.

Dump Ninja Junk Removal serves homes and businesses across Yolo County and the Sacramento Valley from our Woodland base. We haul couches, appliances, yard waste, garage piles, and whole-house cleanouts. You call, we come look, we name the price on site, and if you say go, we load, sweep, blow and leave. Usable items get donated or recycled before anything goes to the landfill.

Single-item pickupStarting at $75

Appliances carry an environmental fee. Stairs can add to the price. Your approved on-site price is the maximum. For volume-priced items, more space than estimated never costs extra; less space means a lower price. Free on-site estimates reflect our commitment to excellence: an accurate price before you decide.

How our pricing works

What we take

Dump Ninja Junk Removal hauls most of what piles up in a home, garage, or yard. Some jobs are a couch. Some jobs are a house. Here’s the honest list, not a slogan.

Furniture and household

  • Couches, sectionals, recliners, and sleeper sofas
  • Mattresses and box springs, with no mattress surcharge, and every one recycled
  • Dressers, bed frames, tables, desks, bookshelves, and office chairs
  • Rugs, mirrors, lamps, and boxed-up household goods
  • Exercise equipment, pianos, and pool tables

Appliances and electronics

  • Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and microwaves. Appliances carry an environmental fee, and a working one can go to a local family instead of the recycler.
  • TVs, computers, monitors, printers, and other e-waste

Garage, yard, and outdoor

  • Garage and attic piles: boxes, bikes, tools, and the shelf nobody sorted
  • Yard and green waste: branches, brush, leaves, sod, and old planters
  • Hot tubs, sheds, play structures, trampolines, patio sets, and grills
  • Construction debris haul-away: drywall, lumber, cabinets, tile, and fencing
  • Concrete and dirt haul-away, quoted on site because heavy material is priced by weight as much as by space
  • Scrap metal
  • Tires. We take tires.

Whole-house work

  • Garage, storage unit, estate, eviction, and move-out cleanouts
  • Apartment turnovers for landlords and property managers
  • Hoarding situations, handled with patience. We do not rush a family. We do not film anyone for marketing.

Limited quantities, ask us

Paint, chemicals, and solvents. Small amounts we can usually take. Larger amounts have to go to the county’s household hazardous waste drop-off, and we’ll tell you where.

What we cannot accept

Asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, and wet-cell batteries. If something on your list is close to that line, call Dump Ninja and ask. We’d rather say so on the phone than on your driveway.

How it works

Junk removal with Dump Ninja is four steps. Same four every time, whoever’s on the truck.

1. You call, text or book online

(530) 444-4441, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Tell us roughly what you’ve got and where it sits. If you’d rather book online, pick a day and a window. Same-day pickups are by phone or text only, because we check the truck’s route before we promise a time.

2. We come look

A Dump Ninja crew shows up in the window we gave you. If we’re running behind, we call. customers mention that heads-up in their reviews more than almost anything else. We walk the pile with you and ask what stays.

3. We name the price on site

One number, on an iPad, before anything moves. Your approved on-site price is the maximum you will pay. If your items take more truck space than we estimated, we honor that price. If they take less, we lower the price to match the space used. It’s based on how much room your stuff takes in the truck, plus anything that changes the work: stairs, an item that has to come apart, an appliance with refrigerant. If you say no, we shake hands and leave. No photo quotes. No bait number.

4. We load, sweep, blow and leave

The crew does the lifting. When the last item is in the truck we sweep or blow out the space we cleared. Then you’re done. Our mission is to give you back your space and time.

What it costs

Excellence means taking the time to give you an accurate estimate. We assess your items and access in person, explain the full price before work begins, and leave the decision to you. The estimate is free even if you choose not to book.

Truck sizes also vary: our 21-yard truck holds more than a smaller truck, so a full-load price alone is not a useful comparison. An on-site estimate accounts for your actual items and access, rather than asking you to rely on an online guess.

The single-item price is the one figure we publish, and it sits on this page with its conditions right underneath it. Everything bigger than a single item gets its number on site, not on a screen.

What’s included

  • Labor. Two people, sometimes more, doing all the carrying.
  • Sweep-up of the space we cleared.
  • Disposal, whether that’s Yolo County Central Landfill, a recycler, or a donation drop.
  • Donation runs for anything usable. That trip is on us.

What we assess before you approve the price

Stairs. Something that has to come apart before it fits through a door. An appliance with refrigerant, which carries an environmental fee because a certified recycler has to recover the refrigerant. Heavy material like concrete or dirt. Dump Ninja assesses these factors before quoting, and you get the whole number on site before anything moves. Read more about how our pricing works.

Payment options

We accept major cards, debit, digital wallets, payment apps, cash and checks. Ask about third-party payment plans for jobs over $500. See the complete payment list.

Why homeowners call Dump Ninja

Customers have a choice. We earn their trust by putting excellence, generosity and landfill diversion into practice.

We load, sweep, blow and leave

The sweep-up shows up in review after review, and it’s not a throwaway line. When a Dump Ninja crew clears a garage, the garage gets swept. When we clear a driveway, the driveway gets blown out. Excellence means leaving the space ready to use, not just removing the items.

“Friendly Service! They were super quick and even swept and blew out the area after they hauled all my junk/broken treasures away! I was not expecting that!” — Christy Mojo, Google

“This is the second time we have used them. As always, perfect from start to finish. Jeremy and his crew are extremely professional. They even cleaned the driveway before they left!” — Marcie Johnston, Google

Same crew standard, whoever pulls up

Customers recognize the Dump Ninja crew’s care and professionalism in their reviews. Crews change over two years. The job doesn’t. You call, we come look, we name the price on site, we load, we sweep, we leave. This is not a franchise script. It is a local crew on Matmor Road.

Less to the landfill

Landfill diversion is one of our core values. Dump Ninja sorts every load before it goes anywhere. Over our lifetime, we diverted more than 1,000 cubic yards from Yolo County Central Landfill. Usable furniture gets donated. Metal and e-waste get recycled. Mattresses go into California’s recycling program.

Generosity means useful items can make a difference for someone else. Through our Second Life Appliances program, a fridge or washer that still runs goes to a local family who needs one instead of to the recycler, and we take some or all of the environmental fee off that appliance for you. We’ve given away 116 working appliances so far, with a goal of 1,000.

The proof

5.0 stars from 470 Google reviews. BBB A+ Accredited with zero complaints. Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in 33 neighborhoods. Fully insured. Founded in Woodland in August 2023 by a dad who’d just sent his fourth kid to school. That’s the whole ninja act: we show up, the mess vanishes, and the only trace we leave is a clean floor.

Where we serve

Dump Ninja stages both trucks at 709 Matmor Road in Woodland, near Interstate 5 and Highway 113. That address is why the service map looks the way it does. Those are daily drives, not a map decoration.

Woodland is home, so every neighborhood from Spring Lake to Beamer Park to Gibson Ranch is the home route. Davis is south on Highway 113, which is why UC Davis move-out season in June and September fills our calendar. El Macero sits on the east edge of Davis and rides the same route. West Sacramento is down I-5, from Southport to the Bridge District.

North of town, Knights Landing, Yolo, and Madison are up the county roads, and a same-day request there often works if you call in the morning. Esparto and the Capay Valley are out Highway 16 to the west. Winters and Dixon are south and southwest, and Natomas and Sacramento are a straight shot down I-5.

See all our listed service areas. If your town is missing, call (530) 444-4441 to check availability.

Straight answers

Junk Removal questions, answered.

How does Dump Ninja price junk removal?

Dump Ninja quotes every junk removal job on site. A crew comes out, looks at what you have, and names one number on the spot based on how much room it takes in the truck. Your approved on-site price is the maximum you will pay. If your items take more truck space than we estimated, we honor that price. If they take less, we lower the price to match the space used. Labor, sweep-up, disposal, and donation runs are included. If you say no, we leave. The only figure we publish is the single-item price shown on this page.

Can Dump Ninja do same-day junk removal?

Often, yes. Same-day junk removal is arranged by phone or text at (530) 444-4441, not through online booking, because Dump Ninja checks the truck's route before promising a time. Call with your address and we will confirm availability.

What won't Dump Ninja take?

Dump Ninja cannot accept asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, or wet-cell batteries at any job. Paint, chemicals, and solvents are limited quantities, so ask us first. Almost everything else in a home, garage, or yard is on the list, and we'll tell you on the phone if something isn't.

Do I need to be home for a junk removal?

For most junk removal jobs, yes, because Dump Ninja names the price on site and you say go before anything moves. If the items are outside and you'd rather not be there, call us and we'll work out how to confirm the price with you by phone or text before we load.

Where does the junk go after Dump Ninja hauls it from my property?

Dump Ninja sorts every load. Usable furniture and working appliances get donated or re-homed, metal and e-waste go to recyclers, mattresses go into California's recycling program, and what's left goes to Yolo County Central Landfill on County Road 28H in Woodland. Over our lifetime, we diverted more than 1,000 cubic yards from the landfill.

Does Dump Ninja clean up after a junk removal?

Yes. When the last item is on the truck, the Dump Ninja crew sweeps or blows out the space we cleared, whether that's a garage, a driveway, or a side yard. Customers mention the sweep-up in their reviews more than almost anything else, and it's included in the price.

Is Dump Ninja insured for junk removal?

Dump Ninja Junk Removal is fully insured, with commercial general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage, all active. We're BBB A+ Accredited with zero complaints and a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in 33 neighborhoods around Woodland and Davis.

How big is the Dump Ninja junk removal truck?

Dump Ninja runs a 21-yard truck out of Woodland, plus an 11-yard truck. Most haulers run 10 to 15 yards. That means fewer trips for a big cleanout, and an accurate on-site estimate is part of our commitment to excellence. You get a clear maximum price before work begins.
