Pet waste removal

Pet Waste Removal

Dump Ninja Junk Removal is the locally owned pet waste removal service across our service area. We scoop your yard twice a week, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, bag the waste and take it with us, latch the gate, and text you a photo of the latched gate every visit. No contract, automatic payment on the 1st, cancel any time. Dogs must be indoors or securely separated from the work area during service.

Open 8am – 8pm, seven days a week. Veterans and seniors 65+ get 10% off.

Choose how often

Four schedules. Pick the one that fits your yard.

Dump Ninja sets the price from how many dogs you have and how often we come. Call or text and you get the number on the first call.

  • Twice a week

Multiple dogs, a smaller yard, or you just want it spotless. Nothing has time to build up.

    Most thorough
  • Weekly

A regular reset for a yard with one or two dogs. Same day every week, so the yard is usable on the weekend.

    Most popular
  • Every two weeks

A single small dog, or you handle it in between and want a proper reset twice a month.

  • Monthly

For people who mostly keep up and want a backstop so it never gets away from them.

How the price is worked out

Two things set it: how many dogs you have, and how often we come. That is true for one-time cleanups too. How much is in the yard does not change the price, and we never need photos to quote it.

Pickup is priced per visit. Payment is automatic on the 1st for the previous month's visits, so the monthly total varies with the number of visits that month. Standard service covers properties up to 12,000 sq ft; if your lot is bigger, say so when you call.

One call, one number. Tell us how many dogs and how often you want us. No site visit for a standard yard, no photos, no square-footage math.

Just need a one-time cleanup? We do those too: move-outs, spring resets, or when it got away from you. It happens. One-time dog waste yard cleanup

How the service runs.

  • 1 · You call or text

Tell us how many dogs and how often you want us. That is the whole quote, on the first call, no photos needed.

  • 2 · We set your day

Same day each week or every other week. You do not need to be home. Arrange access and keep dogs indoors or securely separated from the work area before we arrive.

  • 3 · We walk the whole yard

Scoop, bag, latch the gate. The waste leaves with us. It does not go in your bin.

  • 4 · You get a text

When we're on the way, and a photo of the latched gate before we pull away from the curb.

Why us

One crew. More of your to-do list handled.

Our mission is to give you back your space and time. We bring the same care to recurring yard cleanup as we do to a garage cleanout: clear arrangements, a thorough job and a gate checked before we leave.

That means if we're clearing your garage on Tuesday, we can put the yard on a schedule the same day. Hillary Holwell found out about the scooping when the crew swept out her garage, and Helen Zuniga's review mentions we can set up a dog waste schedule after a cleanout.

“Thank goodness for the dog poop clean up and sanitizing service Dump Ninja provides! The tenant hadn't cleaned up after her dog for months and the odor alone was overwhelming. […] Dump Ninja did an amazing job and efficiently cleaned it all up I also purchased their sanitization service where they apply a safe product to kill the bacteria. There is now a nice, fresh scent to the yard and the concrete walkways look good again. The workers went above and beyond on this job. I really appreciated their kind, helpful, courteous, professional attitudes.”

“Best ever. Professional, efficient, and fast. […] They give you a quote before they proceed. They even swept the garage out after they were done. I highly recommend Dump Ninja. Best ever and they offer poop scooping. Bonus!”

Sanitization and repellent are optional add-ons priced per visit on top of pickup; neither is sold on its own. Standard service covers properties up to 12,000 sq ft. Bigger lot? Tell us when you call and we'll sort it.

Property managers & HOAs

Common areas, dog runs, and the unit nobody wants to deal with.

Dump Ninja already does vendor work for apartment communities and HOAs: COI and W-9 before the first visit, one invoice a month, one point of contact. The pet waste stations you already have get emptied and restocked on the same route.

The whole service, in detail

Pet waste removal, from the first call to the last visit.

Your yard should be a place to enjoy, not another chore waiting for the weekend. Dump Ninja takes dog-waste pickup off your list, whether you need a regular schedule or a one-time reset. Our mission is to make people’s lives better by giving them back their space and time.

What’s included

  • A schedule you pick. Twice a week, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, plus one-time cleanups. We help you choose based on your dogs and the routine you want.
  • The whole service area checked. We walk the yard, including accessible fence lines, corners and side yards where your dogs go.
  • Waste bagged and taken away. Nothing left in your bins or hanging on the gate.
  • Gate checked and photographed. Wherever there is a gate, we latch it and text you a photo before leaving.
  • An arrival text. We let you know when we are on the way.
  • No contract. Skip a visit or cancel by text. Skipped visits are not billed.

Before we arrive: put the dogs up

For our crew’s safety, keep all dogs indoors or securely separated from the work area before we enter and for the entire visit. This applies even to friendly dogs. You do not have to be home, but you do need to arrange safe access and put the dogs up in advance.

Tell us which gate to use and provide any access code. Our gate photo confirms that the gate is latched after service; it does not replace your responsibility to keep dogs out of the work area while we are there.

Add-ons you can ask for

Backyard sanitization. Add sanitization and deodorizing to the backyard pickup visit. Tell us which lawn, patio or walkway areas need attention.

Front-yard dog repellent. An optional treatment for the front yard, added to your pickup visit.

Premium. Pickup plus both backyard sanitization and front-yard dog repellent.

Pickup is the base of every plan. Neither treatment is offered on its own, and add-ons are priced per visit. Ask about treatment-specific access and re-entry instructions when arranging service.

How it works

1. You call or text. Tell us your address, how many dogs you have and how often you want service. We quote standard service from dog count and frequency, without a yard visit or photos.

2. We agree on a schedule and access. Choose twice-weekly, weekly, every-two-weeks, monthly or one-time service. We confirm the route day for your address. Keep dogs indoors or securely separated from the work area throughout each visit.

3. We scoop, bag and latch. The crew checks the yard, takes the bagged waste away and texts a photo of the latched gate where there is one.

4. Payment is automatic on the 1st. We bill for the previous month’s visits. The total varies with the number of visits and selected add-ons. There is no contract; skipped visits are not billed.

A fresh start for an overdue yard

A one-time cleanup can reset a yard before recurring service or help prepare an outdoor space between tenants. Dog count sets the one-time pickup price; how much has accumulated does not change that price. Tell us about access and any separate junk you would also like removed.

What it costs

The price is based on the number of dogs and service frequency, with optional treatments added per visit. Standard service covers properties up to 12,000 sq ft. For a larger property, tell us the size and the area your dogs use so we can confirm arrangements.

Monthly billing reflects actual visits rather than a fixed monthly amount. Call or text for your quote; we do not publish pet-waste rates. Veterans and seniors 65+ receive a discount.

Why customers choose Dump Ninja

Excellence means finishing the details. Walking the yard, taking the waste away and checking the gate are part of the job, not optional extras.

Your time matters. An agreed routine and an arrival text help you plan without waiting at home, provided the dogs are put up and access is arranged.

One company can handle more of the cleanup. If you also have a broken doghouse, old patio furniture or a garage to clear, ask about our junk removal service. We confirm that work separately.

Responsible disposal means using the right waste stream. Dog waste is not yard clippings. We bag it and take it with us; we do not present it as donated material or count it as landfill diversion.

Straight answers

The things people ask before they book.

How much does pet waste removal cost?

Two things set the price: how many dogs you have and how often we come, and that is true for one-time cleanups too. How much is in the yard does not change the price, and we do not need photos to quote it. Pickup is priced per visit, and the optional add-ons (front-yard dog repellent, backyard sanitization, or Premium with both) are added per visit on top of pickup. Standard service covers properties up to 12,000 sq ft. There is no contract, payment is automatic on the 1st, and the monthly total varies with the number of visits that month. Call or text (530) 444-4441 and Dump Ninja will give you the number on the first call.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are at work when we come. Keep dogs indoors or securely separated from the work area for the entire visit. Leave the side gate unlocked or give us the code, and we latch it behind us. Where there is a gate, we text you a photo of it latched, every visit, without being asked.

Where should my dogs be during the visit?

For our crew’s safety, all dogs must be indoors or securely separated from the work area before we arrive and throughout the visit. This applies even to friendly dogs. We text when we are on the way so you can prepare. Arrange this in advance if you will not be home.

What do you do with the waste?

We bag it and take it with us. Nothing goes in your bins and nothing gets buried in the yard. That is part of the service, not an extra.

Can you deodorize or sanitize the yard?

Yes. Backyard sanitization is an optional add-on to pickup, priced per visit; so is front-yard dog repellent, and Premium adds both. Neither is sold on its own. The sanitizing treatment goes after the bacteria and the smell on the lawn, patio, and concrete walkways, and it is popular in warm weather. Ask and Dump Ninja will add it to your service.

What if it rains or we are out of town?

Light rain does not stop a route. If a storm makes the yard unsafe or unworkable, we text you and come back on the next dry day. If you are traveling and the dogs are with you, text us to skip and you are not billed for that visit.

Do you do cat litter, rabbit hutches, or chicken coops?

We focus on dog waste in yards and shared spaces. If you have something else in mind, ask. If it is a fit we will say yes, and if it needs someone else we will tell you that too.

Can I add pet waste service to a junk removal job?

Yes, and a lot of customers do. Dump Ninja offers both junk removal and pet waste service. Hillary Holwell found out about the scooping when we cleared her garage. Ask the crew or mention it when you book.

Veterans and seniors 65+ get 10% off every job.

Just tell us when you book — we take your word for it, no paperwork. It applies to everything, including the $75 single-item minimum, and it comes off the price we name on site, not off some higher number. One discount per job.
