Pet Waste Station Servicing

Dump Ninja Junk Removal services the pet waste stations HOAs, apartment communities, and shared properties across our service area already have. We keep the bag dispensers full, empty and reline the bins, clean up any overflow, and tell you if a station is damaged, on a set schedule. We do not supply or install stations. Billed monthly, no contract, serviced by a local crew.

A pet waste station is the cheapest thing an HOA can put on a lawn, and the most ignored. The post goes in, the bags run out in three weeks, the bin fills up, and by the second month residents have gone back to pretending they did not see it. Dump Ninja Junk Removal is a local crew on Matmor Road in Woodland, and we service the pet waste stations HOAs, apartment communities, and shared properties across Yolo County already own. The station is your hardware. The service is what makes it work.

What’s included

Dump Ninja pet waste station service in Woodland is servicing only. We do not supply, install, repair or replace stations; we keep the ones you have working.

Servicing

  • Bag refills. Every visit, every dispenser. An empty dispenser is worse than no station at all, because it trains residents to stop checking.
  • Bin emptying and relining. We pull the bag, reline the bin, wipe the lid, and take the waste with us on the truck. Nothing goes in your dumpster enclosure.
  • Overflow cleaned up. A bin that has overflowed gets emptied and the ground around it cleaned on the visit, no report needed.
  • A schedule. Weekly is standard in Woodland. The frequency is agreed with each property; quiet corners can go bi-weekly.
  • Damage reported. If a station is damaged, a lid is broken or a post has been hit, you get a short text or email so the board can arrange the repair. Dump Ninja does not repair or replace stations.

Pairs with a scooping route

Stations catch the residents who pick up. A common-area scooping route catches everyone else. Most Woodland and Davis communities that have Dump Ninja service stations also have us on a scooping route for the shared lawns, and the two happen on the same visit for one invoice.

How it works

Dump Ninja keeps pet waste station servicing in Woodland to four steps.

1. You request a site walk. Call or text (530) 444-4441, or email [email protected]. Tell us the property, roughly how many units or homes, and how many stations you have.

2. We walk it with you. We look at every station you own and the common areas around them. You get a price for servicing before we leave.

3. We service on a schedule. Same day each week, same crew. Bags refilled, bins emptied and relined, overflow cleaned up, waste taken with us, damage reported if there is any. One invoice a month, no contract, change the frequency by text.

4. You add the scooping route if you want it. Most properties do, and the two happen on the same visit for one invoice.

What a well-run station looks like

Bags in the dispenser every single time a resident reaches for one. A bin with a lid that closes and does not smell from the sidewalk. It is not complicated. It just has to happen every week, and that is what Dump Ninja is for.

What it costs

Dump Ninja quotes pet waste station servicing in Woodland per visit, after a site walk, based on how many stations are on the route and how often you want them serviced. If you add a common-area scooping route, the stations are serviced on the same visit and the two are priced together.

There is no contract. You get one invoice a month and can change the frequency or stop by text. The site walk is free. You leave it with a number whether you hire Dump Ninja or not.

Why Woodland dog owners call Dump Ninja

The dog owners are your residents. The person calling is the manager or the board president, and here is why they pick Dump Ninja for stations.

Reliable. Manuela Carmona’s review says it in capital letters: very reliable customer service, and she has used Dump Ninja more than once. A station only works if the service shows up every week, and showing up every week is the entire business.

Scheduled. Helen Zuniga’s review mentions Dump Ninja can set up a schedule for dog poop pickups. That is how station servicing runs too. A set day, a set crew, a note after every visit.

Local. Every other pet waste result for Woodland is a franchise doorway page or a Sacramento company reaching in. Dump Ninja is the only locally owned pet waste service in Yolo County. The stations on your property are serviced by a crew from Matmor Road, and the owner answers the phone.

One vendor for the property. Dump Ninja is the only company in Yolo County doing junk removal and pet waste. Hillary Holwell found out about the scooping when the crew swept out her garage. For a property manager, that means the abandoned couch at the enclosure, the move-out debris, and the pet waste stations are on one invoice from one insured vendor.

Proof. Dump Ninja is a local Woodland company, founded in August 2023. 5.0 stars across 470 Google reviews. BBB A+ accredited. Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in 33 neighborhoods. Fully insured, with a COI and W-9 on request.

Where we serve

Dump Ninja services pet waste stations out of 709 Matmor Road in Woodland. Woodland HOAs and apartment communities, from Spring Lake to the complexes on the east side, are on a set route day.

Davis apartment communities and HOAs are on the route every week. West Sacramento, including the Southport HOAs, is a regular day. Winters, Dixon, and Esparto properties get a route day. Vacaville, Natomas, and Sacramento communities sit at the edge of the range, and a management company with several properties there should call about a route.

We do not list Elk Grove, Roseville, or Fairfield.

Request a site walk. Call or text (530) 444-4441, or email [email protected] with the property address and how many stations you have.

Straight answers

Pet Waste Stations questions, answered.

What is a pet waste station?

A post set in the ground or bolted to a surface, with a bag dispenser at hand height and a lidded bin below it. Residents pull a bag, pick up after their dog, and drop it in the bin. It only works if the bags are stocked and the bin is emptied, which is the part Dump Ninja handles.

Do you install new stations?

No. Dump Ninja does not supply or install pet waste stations. We service the ones your property already has, and we pair that with a common-area scooping route if you want one.

How often do you refill bags and empty the bins?

On the same schedule as your scooping route, usually weekly. The frequency is agreed with each property. A bin that has overflowed gets emptied and cleaned on the visit and an empty dispenser gets restocked; if it keeps happening we suggest a change of frequency.

Do you supply the bags?

Yes. Dump Ninja supplies and refills the bags and liners as part of the service. The stations themselves are yours; we do not supply, install, repair or replace them.

What happens to the waste from the bins?

We bag it and take it with us on the truck. Nothing goes in your dumpster enclosure, so the enclosure does not smell and your trash hauler has no reason to complain.

Is there a contract?

No. Dump Ninja bills station servicing monthly, along with the scooping route if you have one, and you can change the frequency or stop by text.

Can you service stations at a park or a church?

Yes. Any shared property in Woodland or Yolo County with a lawn that dogs use. Churches, small parks, office parks with a walking path, and self-storage facilities with a grass strip have all asked. Call and describe the property.
