Single-item pickupStarting at $75

Appliances carry an environmental fee. Stairs can add to the price. Your approved on-site price is the maximum. For volume-priced items, more space than estimated never costs extra; less space means a lower price. Free on-site estimates reflect our commitment to excellence: an accurate price before you decide.

How our pricing works

How it works

You call. We come look. We name the price.

Excellence means taking the time to give you an accurate estimate. We assess your items and access in person, explain the full price before work begins, and leave the decision to you. The estimate is free even if you choose not to book.

  1. You call, text or book online

Tell us roughly what you've got and choose a time that works. For same-day requests, call or text.

  2. We come look

We show up in the window we gave you, and we call if we're running behind.

  3. We name the price

Your approved on-site price never increases. If your items take less space than estimated, we lower the price.

  4. We load, sweep and blow

You don't lift a thing. We clean up the space before we pull away.

The thing people say most

"Fair."

Across 470 Google reviews, the word that comes up more than any other isn't fast and it isn't friendly. It's the price. People bring it up without being asked.

“Prices were fair and we appreciated the honest estimate.”

Andrea Figueroa · Google

“Straightforward, fair pricing, professional and efficient”

Eva Granzow · Google

“The guys were on time, fast, efficient and the price was extremely fair. They even swept the driveway after they cleared out the junk.”

Ian Reynolds · Google

“The team was honest and fair and very friendly, kind.”

Alexandra Burke · Google

“Easy to contact. Fair on the wallet. This fellow competently and cheerfully hauls away the things you have ignored. Not a bit squeamish.”

Mary davis · Google

“They gave me a fair estimate and got the job done in less than 30 minutes!”

Molly McCarthy · Google

There's a reason it keeps coming up. You get the whole number on site, before anything moves — not a range on the phone that grows once the truck is in your driveway. If the number isn't right, we leave, and it costs you nothing.

Veterans and seniors 65+ get 10% off every job.

Just tell us when you book — we take your word for it, no paperwork. It applies to everything, including the $75 single-item minimum, and it comes off the price we name on site, not off some higher number. One discount per job.

The part nobody else mentions

We load, sweep,
blow and leave.

Anyone can haul a pile away. We clean up the space it was sitting in — the garage floor, the driveway, the patio. It takes us five more minutes and it's the thing customers remember.

“Very courteous & knowledgeable, even swept up garage. Hauled everything away the same day.”

Amma · Google

“They even cleaned the driveway before they left!”

Marcie Johnston · Google

“Fast, friendly, efficient, respectful and kind. AND they clean up after they finish!”

Cleanouts

Some jobs are a couch. Some jobs are a house.

Garages, estates, hoarding situations, evictions, storage units. We've done the hard ones. We don't rush a family, and we don't film anyone for marketing.

Cleanout services

Real jobs, real yards

Before. After. Nothing staged.

Every one of these is a Yolo County job we actually did. Nothing staged, nothing borrowed from a stock site. Drag the handle to see the change.

  • After: the same backyard corner cleared to bare ground
Before: a large pile of dry brush and branches against a backyard fence
Yard debris haul. Brush, branches and years of pile-up, down to bare ground.
  • After: the same room empty, floor swept clean
Before: a bedroom filled floor to ceiling with boxes, papers and household items
Whole-room cleanout. A hard one. We work at the family's pace and we don't film anybody.
  • After: the same lot cleared and raked flat
Before: scrap lumber, cans, cardboard and household junk piled on a dirt lot
Lot clearing. Dumped on and forgotten. Cleared, raked and photographed for the owner.
  • After: the same storage unit empty
Before: rolls of carpet and padding filling a storage unit
Storage unit, emptied. Carpet, pad and the rest. Swept and ready to hand the keys back.
  • After: the same concrete pad with the hot tub removed
Before: a covered hot tub on a concrete pad beside a house
Hot tub removal. Taken apart, carried out, pad swept. No damage to the siding or the gate.
  • After: the same bedroom empty and vacuumed
Before: a bedroom with a bare mattress, bed frame and dresser
Rental turnover. Tenant left it, we took it. Realtors and landlords call us for this one a lot.

Why one trip

We run a 21-yard truck. Most haulers run 10 to 15.

That's why we don't post a load price. A number that means "one trip" for us looks expensive next to a number that means three trips for somebody else.

So we do it the honest way. We come look. We name the price on site. If you say no, we leave.

Pet waste removal

Nobody should spend Saturday looking at the lawn.

Twice a week, weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-time catch-up. We scoop it, bag it, take it with us, and latch the gate behind us. No contract. Priced per visit, automatic payment on the 1st, cancel any time.

  • Twice a weekMultiple dogs, or a yard you want spotless
  • WeeklyThe one most people pick
  • Every other weekOne dog, bigger yard
  • One-timeIt got away from you. It happens.

“Thank goodness for the dog poop clean up and sanitizing service Dump Ninja provides! The tenant hadn't cleaned up after her dog for months and the odor alone was overwhelming.”

C. C · property owner · Google

The only crew in Yolo County that does both. If we're already hauling your garage out, we can put the yard on a schedule the same day.

“They even swept the garage out after they were done. […] Best ever and they offer poop scooping. Bonus!”

Hillary Holwell · Google

Commercial & public work

The part of the job nobody wants to photograph.

Encampment debris behind the building. Illegal dumping in the alley. Graffiti on the wall facing the street. We show up in vests, we clear it, we photograph it, and we hand you the documentation.

  • A Dump Ninja crew member in a high-visibility vest removing graffiti from a concrete overpass wall
  • A Dump Ninja crew member clearing litter and debris from a roadside embankment with a grabber and bucket
  • Two Dump Ninja crew members clearing encampment debris from under an overpass in Yolo County
  • A Dump Ninja crew member breaking down abandoned pallets on a commercial property
  • Encampment cleanupDebris, structures and full haul-off, worked by an OSHA-trained crew. Photographed before and after.
  • Illegal dumpingCouches in the alley, mattresses at the fence line, contractor drops overnight. Photographed where it sits, then gone.
  • Graffiti removalWalls, fences, block and roll-up doors. Removed or covered, matched as close as the surface allows.
  • Standing routesWeekly or monthly lot, alley and sidewalk sweeps so it never builds back up.

Commercial Property Cleanup

For owners & property managers

Retail centers, industrial parks, apartment complexes, storage facilities and vacant lots. One-time response or a standing route. OSHA-trained crews, and we schedule the work around the property so your tenants and customers never see it.
