How Our Junk Removal Estimates Work

Your approved on-site price is the most you will pay for the agreed job. If we underestimated the load, we honor that price. If your items take less space, we lower it. Here is how to prepare for an accurate estimate.

Start with the items, not a guess about truck space

You should not have to calculate a fraction of a truck before calling for help. Tell us what you want removed, where it is and whether anything makes access difficult. A few photos help us understand the request. The on-site visit lets us see the whole job before we name the price.

You can book online, call or text us or send a quote request with photos. Identify every area involved: furniture upstairs, boxes in a garage and a separate pile beside a shed are all part of the scope if you want them removed.

What we look at during the visit

Walk us through what goes and what stays. We look at the items, the access route and the space needed to load them. Tell us about anything that requires special discussion before it joins the pile, including unfamiliar containers or material you cannot identify.

You do not need to carry everything to the curb for the estimate. Showing us the items where they are helps us understand the work. Mention stairs, gates and any appointment or property-access requirements when arranging the visit.

The estimate is free even if you decide not to book. Excellence means taking the time to give you a clear, accurate price and letting you make the decision.

The price we agree is the price we will not exceed

For the agreed job, our on-site price is your maximum. If we estimate a quarter of a truck and the items actually occupy half a truck, we do not raise the price because we got the space estimate wrong.

If the items take less space than expected, we lower the price to match the space used. You should not pay for space your items did not fill.

Show us the full scope before approving the work. If you later decide to add another room or more items, discuss those additions with the crew before they are loaded so everyone is clear about the job.

Why we do not use a full-load price as an online shortcut

Truck sizes differ, and the items and access matter. Our 21-yard truck is part of the picture, but our core value of excellence is the more important reason to look in person. We would rather give an accurate estimate—even if you choose someone else—than give you a number online that does not reflect the actual job.

Our mission is to make people’s lives better by giving them back their space and time. A clear price is part of that promise. It lets you decide without spending your day trying to turn photographs into cubic-yard calculations.

A short checklist before you contact us

  • Identify the items you want removed and anything that must stay.
  • Take a wide photo of each area, plus a closer photo of unfamiliar or unusual items.
  • Include the address and mention stairs, gates or restricted loading access.
  • Tell us your preferred timing without assuming a slot is booked until we confirm it.
  • Let us know which appliances work and which furnishings may be suitable for reuse.

See our pricing approach for the estimate guarantee and current payment information, or arrange an on-site estimate. We are available 8 AM–8 PM, seven days a week.
