Your space. Your decisions.

Carpet removal in Woodland.

Dump Ninja hauls already-removed carpet and padding in Woodland. If your flooring project has left rolls taking up space, send the pile photos and access details for an onsite assessment. We do not lift installed flooring or perform floor preparation.

Use Woodland’s item lookup before setting flooring out

The City’s Waste Wizard helps residents find item-specific recycling and disposal options. Use it to check carpet and padding, and confirm any unresolved preparation or acceptance question with the provider. The collection calendar also covers green-waste street piles, but old flooring is not yard material. Keep carpet separate rather than placing it in a pile intended for that service.

Match the pickup to the finished removal work

For a room-by-room flooring project, tell us which rooms have already been completed and whether more material will be added. A photo taken halfway through the work can understate the final pile. Have the flooring professional finish removing the material before our hauling visit, or clearly agree on the specific ready portion that is going.

Account for padding and small debris too

Carpet rolls are only one part of many flooring loads. Show separate padding, bags and any loose strips that should leave. Identify exposed sharp pieces so they are not a surprise during handling. Replacement flooring, adhesive containers and tools should remain outside the approved pile unless individually discussed; we do not assume everything beside the rolls is part of the job.

Choose a practical route from the pile

Tell us whether the removed material is in a back room, upstairs or outside, and describe steps or narrow access. You do not need to carry heavy rolls to the street to request an estimate. Photos of the pile and its location let us prepare for loading while keeping the final scope and price tied to the onsite assessment.

Be accurate about condition and diversion

Let us know if the carpet is wet, heavily soiled or has another condition affecting handling. Our landfill-diversion value means considering appropriate recovery options without claiming that all old carpet is recyclable. We assess the actual material and discuss anything outside routine hauling before starting. Provide the full Woodland address and complete list before availability is offered; the confirmed arrival window is one hour.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Carpet removal: questions before booking.

Will you remove carpet still on stairs?

No. This page covers hauling material already removed. Arrange the installed-flooring work separately, then send us photos of the loose carpet and its location.

Can the carpet wait with my green-waste street pile?

Keep the materials separate. Woodland’s green-waste collection schedule is not an arrangement for old flooring. Check the item-specific disposal guidance or contact us about an assessed pickup.
