Dump Ninja crew member reviewing an onsite estimate

Your space. Your decisions.

Yard waste removal in Woodland.

Dump Ninja assesses prepared yard-debris pickup in Woodland when you need help clearing a pile. Before booking, compare your regular collection options and tell us exactly what needs to leave. This is hauling already-gathered material, not landscaping or pruning.

Use the green-waste calendar, not the street-sweeping date

Woodland’s collection tool lists cart service, street sweeping and green-waste street piles separately. Check the correct service for your address before setting anything out. A street-sweeping date does not establish that a branch pile will be collected. If regular service fits your needs, follow its current instructions; if you need separate handling, show us where the pile is on the property.

Look up the awkward items before mixing them in

The City’s Waste Wizard is designed to identify carts or receiving locations for particular materials. Use it for uncertain items instead of adding pots, timber or other debris to a plant pile. For a Dump Ninja assessment, flag every nonplant material in the list. Keeping those details visible helps us plan an appropriate load rather than discover a different cleanup halfway through.

Show what is behind the front edge

Photograph the prepared pile from more than one direction and tell us whether it includes wet leaves, branches, soil or heavy root material. Include anything obscured by the visible top layer. Our commitment to excellence means assessing the real work onsite rather than treating every yard pile as the same size and type of job.

Choose a pickup route that protects what stays

Explain whether the material is beside the driveway or through a backyard gate, and identify steps or narrow turns. Mark retained tools, planters and furniture separately. We do not trim vegetation to create access or perform garden maintenance; discuss any access preparation before the appointment rather than expecting it as part of hauling.

Keep diversion practical and the scope clear

Suitable plant material should be separated from general rubbish so appropriate receiving options can be evaluated. We do not promise that every mixed yard load can be diverted. Provide your full Woodland address, complete material list and access notes. After checking time and truck capacity, we confirm a one-hour arrival window and agree on an onsite price before removal.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Yard waste removal: questions before booking.

Do you clean up the branches after someone else prunes?

We can assess hauling for branches already cut and gathered. Describe the sizes, other contents and access; pruning or tree work itself is not included.

Can I add garage items to the same request?

List them separately with photos. Including everything at the estimate stage lets us review acceptance and truck space without treating household rubbish as yard material.
