Dump Ninja crew member reviewing an onsite estimate

Your space. Your decisions.

Garage cleanout in Woodland.

Get your Woodland garage back without moving the whole pile yourself. We assess the contents, separate the keepers from the approved removal and sweep the cleared space when the loading is done.

Make the garage useful again

Tell us what needs to fit after the cleanout: a vehicle, a workbench or simply a clear path. Mark tools and storage bins you still use. A partial removal may be all you need; an estimate should reflect your goal, not assume that every shelf and box must disappear.

Check the route from storage to the truck

Woodland includes historic homes recognized through the city’s preservation program. For a garage on an older property, check access rather than assuming a wide modern driveway: tell us about gates, detached storage, a shared lane or fragile features along the carrying route if they apply. These are planning questions, not assumptions about every garage in town.

Keep heavy leftovers separate

A few boxes and a pile of broken concrete are not the same load. List tires, appliances, exercise equipment and already-removed building materials separately. Photos help identify access and handling needs. We do not pull up flooring, break slabs or dismantle walls; any tile, carpet, drywall or concrete must already be removed.

Usable tools and appliances deserve a look

Before everything becomes one mixed pile, point out items that still work. We assess suitable belongings for reuse and recycling as part of the removal plan. Unknown liquids, chemicals and batteries need a separate acceptance conversation, not concealment in a box. Excellence means knowing what is being loaded and leaving the agreed space cleared.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Garage cleanout: questions before booking.

Can you take just the items along one wall?

Yes. Show us the items to remove and identify the ones to leave. We quote the agreed scope onsite before loading.

What if I find more items after the estimate?

Tell us before they are loaded so we can agree on any additional scope. The price promise applies to the work already assessed and approved.
