Dump Ninja crew member reviewing an onsite estimate

Your space. Your decisions.

Exercise equipment removal in Dixon.

Making room in a Dixon garage or spare room? Dump Ninja can assess removal of unwanted exercise equipment, including the machine, loose weights and accessories. Send the complete inventory and access details so we can plan the pickup before confirming a visit.

A metal frame does not settle the disposal question

Recology Dixon lists metal items among its bulky-item categories, but a powered exercise machine also contains controls, wiring and other materials. Confirm acceptance of the complete machine with Recology rather than assuming the frame makes it ordinary scrap. Its published options include paid curbside collection and Hay Road drop-off; check the requirements for your item before transporting it.

Compare curbside collection with help inside the garage

If you can safely prepare an accepted item for curbside collection, ask Recology about that option. If a heavy elliptical is still behind a parked vehicle or a weight bench is surrounded by stored belongings, show us that setting. Our assessment considers getting the agreed items out of the property, not simply collecting something already beside the street.

Clear the training area without clearing the wrong equipment

Mark which plates, bars, racks and mats should leave and which should stay. A photo of one machine can miss substantial loose equipment stored nearby. Tell us about anything anchored to the building before booking; freestanding equipment pickup does not automatically include work on installed fixtures.

Keep reuse practical and honest

Recology Dixon encourages donation when items can have another life. For fitness equipment, tell us whether it operates, whether the safety key and power supply are present, and whether any cables or pads are damaged. We consider suitable reuse options, but do not promise acceptance by a particular organization or describe broken equipment as ready for a new owner.

Prepare information before preparing a heavy lift

Send the full Dixon service address, model or approximate dimensions, complete item list and photos of the exit route. Leave heavy or tensioned parts in place until the removal plan is understood. We review travel, truck space and expected work before confirming a one-hour arrival window and agreeing the onsite price.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Exercise equipment removal: questions before booking.

Does Recology’s bulky-item list specifically guarantee treadmill acceptance?

The published Dixon list describes broad item categories. Ask Recology about your particular machine, its condition and preparation requirements before setting it outside or taking it to a facility.

Can you assess a garage gym and other garage contents together?

Yes. Include every item you want removed in the request, and identify belongings that must remain. That helps us assess one complete scope rather than discovering additional weights or stored items during loading.
