Your space. Your decisions.

Yard waste removal in Dixon.

Dump Ninja can assess hauling for already-gathered yard debris in Dixon. If your cleanup has produced more material than you want to manage through regular collection, send photos of the pile and access. We haul approved prepared material; we do not prune, garden or cut down trees.

Check whether your green cart already solves the problem

Recology Dixon lists grass clippings, leaves, branches and tree or shrub prunings in its yard-waste cart guidance. For a manageable amount, your existing collection may be the practical choice. Follow its current preparation rules rather than forcing an oversized pile into the cart. For a separate hauling assessment, tell us the entire amount you want removed and where it is stored.

Do not let the bag label decide the disposal route

Recology Dixon specifically says compostable bags are not accepted in its green-cart stream. If your material is bagged, tell us the bag type and what is inside. Keep plastic pots, nursery trays, wire ties and other nonplant items separate instead of assuming they belong with leaves. Clear sorting at the start supports our landfill-diversion value and avoids describing a mixed load as clean yard waste.

Describe heavy material before the estimate

A pile of dry leaves is different from bags containing wet clippings, soil or rocks. Photograph the open pile where possible and disclose root balls, dirt or large wood pieces. Do not hide heavy material underneath lighter branches. We need to review each material for acceptance and handling, not simply count the bags visible from the street.

Confirm the collection point without moving the problem

Tell us if the prepared material is behind a gate, across a lawn or beside a shared driveway at your Dixon address. Explain which access route can be used and keep the area clear of retained tools and furniture. Our assessment should resolve what is leaving and how it can be reached; you do not need to arrange additional pruning or landscape work for this hauling service.

Make the whole pickup scope visible

If the same visit includes an old chair or other household item, list it separately rather than adding it to the green pile. Share the full service address, complete contents and access photos. We review the job and truck capacity before confirming a one-hour arrival window. The onsite estimate is agreed before work, so the decision rests on the actual cleanup rather than an online guess.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Yard waste removal: questions before booking.

Can you maintain the yard after taking the branches?

No. This page covers hauling material that has already been cut or gathered. Gardening, pruning, tree work and ongoing landscape maintenance need to be arranged separately.

Should I fill every bag to the top?

Describe the material and ask about preparation before making bags difficult to handle. Weight and contents matter as well as volume. For your regular green-cart service, follow Recology Dixon’s current rules rather than applying instructions for a separate pickup.
