Dump Ninja crew member reviewing an onsite estimate

Your space. Your decisions.

Garage cleanout in Dixon.

Our Dixon garage cleanouts start with the space you want to recover. We can assess a corner, a parking bay or the agreed contents of the garage, then carry out what you approve.

A useful garage starts with a clear keep area

Mark tools, seasonal supplies and everyday equipment that stay. If the goal is parking, show us the footprint you need rather than assuming every shelf must be emptied. We assess the actual items and access before quoting, because a few heavy objects and a wall of light boxes are different jobs.

Check the prepared-pickup alternative

Dixon’s provider offers paid bulky collection and describes accepted categories. Compare that option if you can safely prepare a few items yourself. When the hard part is carrying from storage, sorting the removal boundary or moving a larger mixed load, include those details in your request to us.

Identify containers and unusual weight early

Garage contents may include liquids, batteries or equipment whose weight is not obvious from a doorway photo. Describe them separately and leave unknown containers closed. Do not mix chemicals into ordinary bags. We review material and handling questions before agreeing to the load.

Keep the driveway usable

Tell us whether the driveway is shared, whether a gate limits entry and which vehicles must remain accessible. Leaving belongings where they are until we agree on loading can be easier than blocking the drive with a pile. After the approved removal, we clean the area cleared so the recovered space is usable.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Garage cleanout: questions before booking.

Do I need to carry the items to the curb?

No. Describe where they are and the route out so carrying can be included in the onsite assessment.

Can we keep the shelves?

Yes. Mark retained shelving and its contents clearly. Fixed or attached items need separate review; do not assume removing them is included.
