Dump Ninja crew member assessing loose material for hauling

Your space. Your decisions.

Tile removal in Dixon.

Dump Ninja hauls tile that has already been removed in Dixon. We do not lift installed tile or scrape the surface underneath. Send photos of the loose pieces, any backing material and the loading route so we can assess the complete job onsite.

Identify the tile before selecting a disposal option

Recology Dixon’s debris-box page lists porcelain and several other building materials. That does not mean every mixed tile load has the same acceptance or loading conditions. Describe ceramic, porcelain or stone pieces and any attached backing when comparing a container with our loaded pickup. Confirm the provider’s requirements for your actual material before arranging a box.

Keep the contractor’s work separate from haul-away

If a kitchen or bathroom project is underway, confirm who is responsible for taking away the old tile. Have the removal work completed before scheduling our hauling visit. Attached flooring, wall finishes and adhesive removal are outside this service; our assessment starts with the loose material ready to leave.

Include mortar and backing in the photos

The tile visible on top may be only part of the pile. Tell us about mortar, backing board, metal or other debris mixed underneath. Dense pieces require capacity planning even when they occupy little space. Avoid describing the job only by the room’s floor area; show the actual pile and approximate depth so the assessment reflects the load.

Keep useful surplus apart from broken material

If unopened or intact spare tile is also leaving, identify it separately from broken pieces. Someone considering reuse needs the quantity, dimensions and condition, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Our landfill-diversion value means assessing a realistic second life or appropriate destination rather than promising that all mixed flooring debris can be recycled.

Plan access before moving a heavy pile

Tell us whether material is in a bathroom, garage or driveway, and mention stairs and narrow gates. Do not carry heavy containers outside just to obtain an estimate. Give us the full Dixon address and complete item list before availability is offered. We confirm a one-hour arrival window and agree on the onsite scope and price before loading.

A clear price before we start.

Our value of excellence starts with an accurate onsite estimate. We do not raise the price for the agreed work because we underestimated the space it would take. If the items fill less space than expected, we bring the price down. Additional items or a changed scope are discussed before they are added.

Arrange your pickup.

Call, text or book online. Share the city, full service address, complete item list and access details. We review the route, work time and truck space before confirming a one-hour arrival window. Field appointments are Monday through Saturday; you can contact us seven days a week.

Straight answers

Tile removal: questions before booking.

Can you take tile off the bathroom wall?

No. We haul already-removed material only. Arrange any installed-tile work separately, then contact us with photos of the ready load.

Should I count tiles or measure the pile?

Photos of the whole pile, its depth and the types of material are more useful than a tile count alone. Include separate containers and any backing or mortar; the final assessment is onsite.
